8.6Verified guest“Great hotel with excellent amenities – free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first visit, the staff went out of their way to help me recover a forgotten piece of jewellery – such a lovely experience. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and I'm already planning to return for Christmas.”
8.6Verified guest“A modern, nicely designed hotel with very good free Wi-Fi. The staff were superbly friendly and allowed an early check-in. Breakfast was extensive, with hard-boiled eggs, fresh pastries, and natural yogurt.”
8.6Verified guest“We were warmly welcomed at reception. Several metro stations are nearby, on the red, blue, and yellow lines. From the airport, we took the red line to Saldanha, then the yellow line for one stop, getting off three blocks from the hotel. Getting downtown by metro is also easy. The room wasn't huge but had enough space to be comfortable – simple furniture, a double bed with two small bedside tables, a small table for my netbook, a long bench for our two bags, a good-sized TV, and a small closet. Everything was basic but practical, with plenty of plugs. Breakfast runs from 7 to 11 and is very good – cream cakes, two types of pastries, several breads, yogurts, cereals, jams, fruits, cold cuts, a coffee machine with various options, and three juice flavours. There are no hot meals, but that didn't bother me. On our departure day, we had to leave before breakfast, and they offered to serve us earlier – a service I don't often see elsewhere. Wi-Fi is free throughout, though the signal in my room wasn't very fast, but enough for messaging and reading the news.”
8.6Verified guest“Fantastic staff, good location, and rooms that are clean and comfortable, if a little tired. Breakfast was also very good. For a budget room, you'd struggle to beat this hotel.”
8.6Verified guest“Breakfast, well... it's two blocks from the metro station that takes you anywhere.”
8.6Verified guest“Rooms were nicely styled and reasonably large, with nice decor and hypo-allergenic pillows. The view was particularly nice, and the service was outstanding.”
